House washing and roof cleaning in Toronto, Lake Macquarie

What do Toronto's houses, villas and units need?

The site began as Ebenezer, an Aboriginal mission set up by the Reverend Threlkeld in 1829 and closed in 1841. The Excelsior Land company bought part of his grant with the waterfront reserve in 1885 and subdivided it in 1887, when the opening of the Great Northern Railway gave the town its start.

Housing is more varied than in the bays around it: in 2021, 77.7% of occupied dwellings were separate houses, 14.4% townhouses or semi-detached and 7.5% flats. A strata scheme's owners corporation looks after its common property under NSW law; for a house, walls get a house wash and tiles a roof soft wash.
