In short: Blackalls Park sits on an inlet of Lake Macquarie immediately north-west of Toronto, and is named after the Blackall family, its first residents. Central Coast Soft Wash, 44.2 km to the south at Bateau Bay, soft washes walls and pressure washes paving here.

What do Blackalls Park's homes by the inlet need?

Farming and broom-making were the early industries. The place was first called Blackall Platform after the railway stop the family used, and the name became Blackalls Park because mail kept going to Blackall in Queensland. A tramway between Fassifern and Toronto opened in 1891, and Stoney Creek separates the suburb from Toronto.

In 2021, 88.5% of occupied homes were separate houses and 11.6% townhouses or semi-detached. Walls and roofs are soft washed, and paving is pressure washed; the NSW EPA requires the runoff to stay out of stormwater drains, which empty untreated into creeks and the lake.
