Editorial policy
This page explains how the information on this website is written, where it comes from and how it is kept accurate.
Who writes it?
The website is written for Central Coast Soft Wash, run by EnviroClean, by its web developer, Oneway Web Design, from the business's own published information and the official sources linked on each page. Facts about the business, such as its services, method, guarantees, hours and insurance, come from the business itself.
Is AI used to write it?
Yes, as a drafting tool. Oneway Web Design uses AI writing tools to help draft and organise the pages, working only from the business's own information and the sources linked on each page. Every fact is checked against its source before it is published, and nothing on the site is invented by a tool: not the reviews, which are quoted from Google, and not the photos, which are the business's own. [CONFIRM: EnviroClean has read and approved every page]
Where do the facts come from?
Rules and figures that come from outside the business, such as Central Coast Council's Water Wise Rules, NSW environment and safety law, Bureau of Meteorology climate statistics, Census figures and roofing manufacturers' guidance, are linked to their official source on the page where they appear. Prices are not published, because every job is quoted.
How are reviews shown?
Reviews are quoted from Google exactly as written, with the reviewer's name as published. Where a review names the owner, the name is replaced with a bracketed word such as [He], which is the only change ever made. The rating and review count are shown as at the date beside them.
Are the photos and videos real?
Before and after photos are the business's own photos of its jobs, shown as supplied, and each is used once. The moving footage at the top of the home page is stock video used under the Pexels licence, and it is not presented as the business's own work. Any video with a play button is the business's own, from its YouTube channel.
How is the site kept up to date?
Each page shows the date its content last changed. Rules that change, such as water restriction levels, are rechecked when the site is updated.
How do I report a mistake?
Email daveccsw@gmail.com with the page and the correction, and it will be checked against the source and fixed.
