The Zero Damage Guarantee covers painted and coated surfaces, masonry, concrete, stone, tile and render, pavers (including loss of bedding that causes sinking), treated timber, untreated timber against pressure damage, cladding, IP55-rated outdoor electrical fittings, outdoor furniture and fabrics, water or chemical getting inside where the home was prepared, and gardens and healthy lawns that were prepared.
It does not cover damage that already existed, coatings already blackened by algae, loose or uncoated metal fixtures, solar garden lights, indoor furniture, natural fabrics, breakables and personal belongings, leaf burn, new growth or dehydrated gardens.
Claims are made in writing to daveccsw@gmail.com no more than 14 days after the clean, with photos and any receipts.
