Privacy policy

Central Coast Soft Wash, run by EnviroClean - Outdoor Cleaning Solutions (ABN 26 166 971 371), collects personal information only to quote, schedule and deliver exterior cleaning services.

What is collected?

Your name, email address, mobile number, job address, and any details you choose to include in the quote form. The form also notes which page it was sent from and how the visit started, for example a Google search or the business's Google profile, so we know which listings bring enquiries.

How is it used?

To prepare and send your quote, to contact you about the work, and to schedule and complete the job. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

How is it stored?

Quote requests are stored by our website host, which checks them for spam with an automated filter. A copy is emailed to us, and a backup copy is sent through a separate email-delivery service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), so a request is not lost if one email fails. Some of these services process data in the United States.

If your request cannot be sent (for example, you lose signal), it is kept on your own device for up to 14 days and sent when your connection is back; it is deleted from your device once sent.

Information is kept only as long as needed to quote and deliver the work, and for any record-keeping the law requires.
