What do Floraville's 1960s-onwards homes need?

The land was cut up in the 1920s with Belmont North and Jewells, but houses did not follow until the 1960s, and the primary school opened in 1967. A large part of the eastern side was the Gatt family's farmland, which has shrunk as new streets went in. Separate houses made up 87.6% of occupied dwellings in 2021, and 54.8% had four or more bedrooms.
