How are Eleebana's lakeside hill homes cleaned?

The land was too poor and steep for farming, so Eleebana stayed empty long after its neighbours were settled. Boatshed leases were sold on the Croudace Bay waterfront in the 1920s and 30s, and those sites were later folded into Thomas H. Halton Park. In 1976 Hooker-Rex Estates announced 240 acres of housing around Glad Gunson Drive: 230 lots in the first three stages and 470 more in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

Separate houses made up 89.2% of occupied homes in 2021, and 56.7% had four or more bedrooms, so large roofs are common. Tile maker Monier advises against pressure washers for roof cleaning because of the risk of damage, which is why a roof soft wash relies on a cleaning solution at low pressure; walls, eaves and fascias can be done on the same visit.
