Roof cleaning for Erina houses and townhouses

Who books the roof clean on an Erina townhouse complex?

Erina's streets were laid out when the land was subdivided in 1888, and the suburb sits roughly halfway between Gosford and the ocean at Terrigal. Business runs along the Central Coast Highway, Terrigal Drive, Karalta Road and Barralong Road, and Erina Fair on Terrigal Drive is the largest single-level shopping centre in the Southern Hemisphere.

Away from the shops, separate houses made up 75.4% of occupied dwellings in 2021, and semi-detached homes and townhouses account for most of the rest. In a strata complex the owners corporation maintains and repairs the common property, so a roof soft wash across a whole row, or a pressure clean of the shared driveway, is normally its call. For a house on its own block, the owner simply books and gets an itemised, fixed-price quote.
