House washing and pressure cleaning in East Gosford

How are East Gosford's townhouses and unit blocks washed?

East Gosford was the first centre of settlement in the district. It was surveyed in 1841, and within a year Samuel Peek was selling land, with a wharf and several shops built soon after. Erina Creek marks its eastern border; the old Punt Bridge across it opened in 1886, and its 1962 replacement still carries the Central Coast Highway.

At the 2021 Census, 37.9% of occupied dwellings were separate houses, 31.4% were townhouses or semi-detached and 30.3% were flats, and 41.8% of homes were rented. In a strata complex the owners corporation maintains common property, so a soft wash of shared walls or a pressure clean of a common driveway is arranged by the owners corporation rather than one unit owner.

With Erina Creek on the doorstep, the NSW EPA rule matters here: water from washing must not run into stormwater drains, because they empty untreated into creeks.
