Pressure cleaning and roof cleaning in Maryland
In short: Maryland, 14 km from Newcastle's centre, was farmland until it began to be developed in the 1970s, and it looks out over the wetlands. Central Coast Soft Wash, at Bateau Bay 59 km south, offers pressure cleaning and roof cleaning in Maryland.

What do Maryland's homes by the wetlands need?
The name comes from Mary Stephena Cowper, whose marriage in 1828 brought a land grant of 1,280 acres, first called Merrylands. A separate settlement, Glendor, was bought by the Thomas family in 1835, and the Thomas family grave in Callan Avenue is heritage-listed. Separate houses made up 90.1% of occupied homes in 2021, and 41.4% had four or more bedrooms.
Concrete driveways and paths are pressure cleaned with a setting matched to them, and roofs get a soft wash rather than high pressure.
