What do Somersby's large homes beside the national park need?

Besides the national park and the falls, Somersby holds the Australian Reptile Park, the Woolshed Function Centre, a small industrial area near the Kariong Interchange and a primary school. Old Sydney Town, now closed, was once a tourist attraction here.
