What do Lisarow's newer homes and rural fringes need?

Urban growth in recent decades turned Lisarow from farmland into a mostly residential suburb, with small rural properties still on its fringes and industry clustered around the railway line and station. Sara Lee's international arm set up its Australian plant here in 1971. At the 2021 Census, 82.6% of occupied homes were separate houses, 17.1% were townhouses or semi-detached, and 59.4% had four or more bedrooms.

A four-bedroom house means a large roof and long runs of wall, cleaned with a house soft wash. Concrete and paved driveways get pressure washing set to suit the surface. Under the council's standing water rules, a hard surface can only be pressure cleaned for a reason on the approved list, and mould or moss on a path is one of them.
