What does rainforest beside the street mean for Wyoming homes?

In 1824 Frederick Augustus Hely bought 1,340 acres next to Narara Reserve and named the land after the Wyoming Valley in Pennsylvania. His grave, designed by architect John Verge, lies beside the Pacific Highway near the family home his widow built, and the local pub, built by convicts in 1854, still stands. Hely's Grave, Wyoming Cottage and The Grange in Renwick Street are heritage-listed.
