Pressure cleaning and house washing in Gorokan

How are Gorokan's lakeside houses and unit blocks cleaned?

The name is the Awabakal word for the morning dawn. The Quoy family bought land here in 1923 and built a series of holiday homes to rent, and the Gedlings built a holiday house on the waterfront in 1956.

Of 3,971 private dwellings counted in 2021, the occupied ones were 78.3% separate houses and 17.6% flats or apartments. A unit block's common property is maintained by its owners corporation under NSW strata rules; a house gets a house wash, and paths and driveways a pressure clean where Council's Water Wise Rules permit, for instance to remove mould or moss.
