What is happening to Crangan Bay's bushland?
The main landowners, the local Aboriginal land council, an urban development company and the Coal and Allied mining company, intend to turn the area into a suburb. At its northern end is a concrete recycling depot and gravel quarry whose conglomerate was used as road base by the former Wyong Shire Council. No Census housing figures were published for it, so new homes will be quoted as they are built, with soft washing for walls and roofs.
