How do salt air and lake water affect Budgewoi homes?

Robert Henderson was granted 640 acres here in 1843 and ran a dairy farm he called Budgewoi. Over the years the area was also known as Budgeway, Possum's Fence, Sinking and Sandy Point, and the present name became official in July 1978. By the early 1930s families were coming up to camp for weekends and holidays.
