What do Long Jetty's lakeside houses and townhouses need?

The suburb is named after the jetty William Henry Price built in 1914 to serve his private estate, opened in 1915 and still standing at the end of Archbold Road. Toowoon Bay Road, which starts here, is the only street in The Entrance district that runs from the lake to the sea. Separate houses were 54.0% of homes in 2021, and 13.1% of private dwellings were empty on Census night.
