Roof cleaning in Killcare Heights on the Bouddi Peninsula

Why does a Killcare Heights roof call for a soft wash?

Killcare Heights is one of the Bouddi area villages, along with Killcare, Hardys Bay, Pretty Beach, Wagstaffe and Macmasters Beach. Its homes are mostly large: the Census counted separate houses as 95.4% of occupied dwellings in 2021, and 60.7% of homes had four or more bedrooms, while almost a quarter of private dwellings, 24.6%, were empty on Census night. Those are broad roofs on detached homes, and a low-pressure roof clean lifts the grime with cleaning solution rather than force, on tile, concrete, Colorbond or slate.
