What does a soft wash involve for a Copacabana home near the lagoon?

The suburb was named by the real estate developers Willmore and Randell in the mid twentieth century, and Tudibaring Point forms the northern headland of its beach. At the 2021 Census, 94.6% of occupied homes were separate houses and 53.8% had four or more bedrooms, so most roofs are big.
