Pressure washing and house washing in Bonnells Bay

What do Bonnells Bay's newer subdivisions need cleaned?

The suburb takes its name from the Bonnell family, especially William F. Bonnell, who first settled most of it. It was subdivided in 1886, but no township followed until after the Second World War, and it grew, with a small shopping centre, once the Eraring Power Station was developed in the 1980s.

Large parts are still being subdivided, and The Bay Shopping Centre now has a club, Coles and a post office. In 2021, 94.8% of occupied homes were separate houses and 51.0% had four or more bedrooms. Concrete and exposed-aggregate driveways are pressure washed at a pressure suited to the finish, and render and cladding get a gentle wash with cleaning solution.
