Driveway cleaning and house washing in Tuggerah

Who arranges driveway cleaning in a Tuggerah townhouse complex?

The suburb mixes semi-rural blocks, homes and light industry. Like much of the old Wyong district it was dairy country, which the Pioneer Dairy Wetlands still recall, and an airstrip that operated for some years has since been built over. The name is Aboriginal, though sources disagree on whether it meant a cold place or savannah grassland.

Medium-density housing is a real share of the stock: semis, row houses and townhouses made up about a quarter of occupied homes in the 2021 count, and 37.3% of all homes were rented. Where a complex is strata titled, its common driveway and paths are for the owners corporation to maintain, so that body, rather than an individual owner, is the one to arrange the work. Driveway cleaning matches the pressure to the concrete or pavers involved. Under council's Water Wise Rules, pressure cleaning paving is restricted to a set list of purposes, and removing mould or moss qualifies.
