Soft washing and pressure washing in Mannering Park

What do Mannering Park's lakefront homes need?

The suburb has a long lakefront reserve, a sailing club, a sea scout group, two ovals and a tourist park, and a main street with a post office, cafe and newsagent. Its local industries are the Vales Point Power Station, the first major NSW power station built near its coal supply, and the Wyee State Coal Mine.

Separate houses were 94.1% of occupied homes in 2021, and 11.4% of private dwellings stood empty on Census night. Walls and roofs are cleaned with a soft wash, and Council's Water Wise Rules let paths and driveways be pressure washed for reasons that include mould and moss.
