House washing and roof cleaning in Blue Haven

What do Blue Haven's homes beside the wetlands need?

The estate was once a few dirt roads in bushland, with Roper Road the only way in or out, and bushfires were frequent in dry seasons. It now has more than 80 streets and three main entries, bounded by the Pacific Highway, the Doyalson Link Road, Spring Creek and Wallarah Creek, and its wetlands are preserved.

In 2021, 96.6% of occupied homes were separate houses and half (50.6%) had four or more bedrooms. Tile maker Monier finds that roofs shaded by trees gather dirt and debris faster, which applies to streets backing onto the reserves; a roof soft wash handles that with cleaning solution rather than force. Council's Water Wise Rules permit washing walls and roofs whenever you like with a trigger-nozzle hose or a low-volume cleaner, so a house wash can be booked in any season.
