Pressure washing and house washing in Marks Point

What do Marks Point's waterside units and houses need?

One of the oldest suburbs around the lake, Marks Point is named after the Marks brothers, whose orchard here grew oranges and pineapples; Charles Marks lived on the Point until he died. A slipway and marine business in Edith Street from 1954 became the Marks Point Marina in 1980.

Its housing is more mixed than its neighbours': at the 2021 Census, 57.9% of occupied homes were separate houses, 29.6% flats and 12.5% townhouses or semi-detached. Unit blocks are strata schemes whose owners corporation looks after the shared paving, where pressure washing fits; houses on the water can have their walls done with a house wash.
